Fusion Meso Exosomes Serum is a lightweight, intensely hydrating serum designed to strengthen the skin barrier and protect the complexion against daily environmental exposure. It is suitable for all skin types and particularly beneficial for dehydrated, dry, sensitive, reactive or mature skin.

The formula combines biotechnology-derived Lactobacillus exosomes with ectoin, plant-derived squalane and rice bran extract. This combination supports the skin microbiome, helps limit moisture loss and contributes to a smoother, calmer and more resilient appearance.

The fluid emulsion is based on liquid-crystal technology. This skin-compatible structure mimics aspects of the skin’s natural lipid organisation and helps distribute the conditioning ingredients evenly. Its lightweight texture absorbs quickly and can be used in the morning and evening.

WHAT ARE THE EXOSOMES IN THIS SERUM?

The exosomes in this cosmetic serum are extracellular vesicles derived from Lactobacillus fermentation. They are not of human origin and do not contain human stem cells.

Squalane

The serum contains fragrance, Hexyl Cinnamal, Linalool and Benzyl Salicylate. Patch test first if you have a fragrance allergy or highly reactive skin.

DIRECTIONS

Use every morning and/or evening.

1. Cleanse the face and neck.

2. Apply a mild lotion or toner if desired.

3. Apply a small amount of Exosomes Serum to dry skin.

4. Distribute evenly over the face, neck and décolleté if required.

5. Massage gently using upward, circular movements.

6. Allow the product to absorb fully.

7. Follow with a suitable facial moisturiser.

8. Finish the morning routine with broad-spectrum sunscreen.

Avoid direct contact with the eyes and do not apply to open wounds or a severely damaged skin barrier.

COMBINING WITH VITAMIN C, NIACINAMIDE OR RETINOL

Exosomes Serum can generally be combined with vitamin C and niacinamide. Apply the thinnest, most watery product first, followed by the more emulsion-like Exosomes Serum.

When using Retinol 1.0, Exosomes Serum can help maintain hydration and comfort. Use retinol only in the evening and introduce it gradually. On sensitive skin, apply Exosomes Serum before retinol or use the two products on alternate evenings.

Avoid combining too many potent active products when the skin is red, dry or irritated.

USE AFTER A COSMETIC PROCEDURE

Exosomes Serum may form part of a restorative home-care routine after a professional procedure. Always follow the aftercare instructions provided by the practitioner.

The formula contains fragrance and fragrance allergens. Do not automatically apply it immediately after microneedling, laser, dermabrasion or an intensive peel. Wait until the practitioner confirms that regular cosmetics can be resumed and the skin is sufficiently closed and calm.

Do not deliver this serum into the skin with a nanopen, dermaroller or injection technique. Separate sterile F-EXOSOMES vials are available for professional transdermal procedures and must only be used by qualified practitioners.
